I haven’t made this myself yet, so if you do try it let me know how it works for you at home.

  1. Terrific recipe, perfect for quiet meals at home for two and very popular with guests. I shave my own brussels sprouts with a sharp knife (very carefully!) and, now that I’ve got the technique down, often use them for other things (topping for soups, etc.). Be sure to follow Jane’s recipe exactly for a really amazing salad.

I made this salad tonight and it was fabulous — a great combination of flavors and textures. It was wonderful with a nice salmon filet.
I am always searching for healthy and delicious recipes, particularly salads and vegetables, and this one is my new favorite! Can’t wait to have it again.
    Thank you Jane for sharing!
