Tip of the Week

I eat a healthy breakfast of high fiber, low fat cereals and fruit. I don’t snack much but carry apples and string cheese with me in case I get hungry so I won’t reach for something sugary. I eat something dark green, dark blue or purple, red, yellow, orange every day…each color has different vitamins. I eat lean meat, skinless chicken, fish that’s not endangered . I don’t eat desserts or candy or chips. I drink no sodas of any kind but lots of water.

  1. Thanks Jane for all your support. I loved your interview on Oprah before she went off the air and it is much the same as my story in that I have done much personal growth in the last 25 years. Now trying to heal from lung fibrosis using a Naturopath doctor because regular doctors offered me nothing but a lung transplant which I didn’t want but could not get because I didn’t have the money, anyway. But I found my path though not easy, I am healing. That’s my story.
