    J’ ai donné moi ausi des cours de Fitness dans les années 80. Ma question quand est-ce que les DVD arriveront en France je l’ai veux tous les 2 .

    • Hi,Jane! I jump on your blog every few months and was thrilled just now to learn about your new walkout tapes. I am now giving serious consideration to not re-enrolling in my gym membership in January and instead working with your tapes plus keeping up with a very committed yoga practice. At 68 this seems like the perfect fitness prescription for me.

      I am glad to see you so happy and and still showing us the way! I would love to know what you think of Jerry’s return to the Governor’s Mansion (err…or wherever he decides to live).

  4. I have always done most of the jane fonda vhs tapes. Lately I have been doing the original because it is challenging, but not pounding with cardio jumps. I still like floorwork and I am in my 50’s. I also like the wight-lifting vhs. Wish they would put all the JF vhs’s on DVD. That would be great. Thanks for inspiring at ANY AGE.

  6. I love the Walkout workout, because I love to walk a lot, and staying in place the most. Jane, I just LOVE to lift my knees up as high as I can when I walk in place!
