Jane,

Your property is beautiful.

My sister lives in Albuquerque and I love to visit her. The vistas are amazing. We have a friend that owns a B & B in Cloudcroft and I love it there, it's like visiting Tahoe. I really wish I could live there.

Best of Health to you.

Jane, I'm anxiously awaiting your next post. New to your blog, but loving it, after having walked to your audio tapes, exercised to your VHR tapes, seen your movies, read your book and kept up with you over the last 30+ years. I want to say more, but I'll leave that for next time.

Well I didn't make it up to see Sally in Petaluma
today. She is speaking about Briggs.
I have her phone number if you'd like it.
Off to see Marianne Faithfull and Emmylou Harris in Golden Gate Park. All these amazing women!

Best Regards,

Matthew

PS. I really think Sally would be worth talking to.

As I looked at your photos, I not could help being impressed by the beauty and tranquility of your life. Only rich people can live as you apparently do. You have no idea what life is like when your world can suddenly be turned inside out. What makes you an authority on the Middle East? People in Israel never have the pleasure of absolute tranquility. Arabs shell in the north and now in the south. They hit buildings where families live. That is their intention. Women live with the fact that their male relatives must serve in the military in order to protect the country and their families until they are into their fifties. All around are families that have lost sons, fathers, cousins in battle. The country is full of people who have been permanently maimed as a result of attacks on civilian populations. I find it difficult not to remember children who have lost limbs in attacks. And all this has gone on for over 100 years, when there was no state, and no army.

When Jews could not defend ourselves, no one gave a damn, and they died at the hands of centuries of Europeans. Now that we can defend ourselves, Israel is assigned the role of rogue, villain etc.

Why don't you stay in your garden. Half of what you think you know about the ME is the result of very effective Arab propaganda. Israel has the right to dispense what you call "propaganda" of its own. If participating in a film festival is equivalent to propaganda.

I was living in Israel when you were visiting in Hanoi. That was not heroic. You could have expressed your opposition from the US.

You are just a movie actress. I have dual IS/Israeli citizenship, and have been a Jew for 67 years. No one is coming to hear my opinion. You are a very self righteous woman.

Hi Jane, thanks for sharing your surroundings. It's a piece of heaven there. You've worked hard for decades to be able to enjoy such a tranquil, natural place. I love the spider web rope in the playground and can practically hear the river rushing by from those pictures.

Peace to you. Enjoy.

Thanks for the photos of your ranch. I used to live above Pecos on Cow Creek on ten acres. I love the fall in the mountains there. Your pictures make me homesick for my old place. Say hello to Anna Belle at Adelo's for me sometime. Peter

Peri, WE've had luck with the raised containers but, frankly, I prefer the raised beds used in French intensive methods
