I LOVE Grace & Frankie! Problem is I benge watch it & then I can’t wait for the next season. Those 2 are a great team together!

I did the original JF W/O after my 3rd child & I got my 22″ waste back. I was more proud of my figure from ages 33-41 because I had really earned it. I’m 64, going in for knee surgery & already thinking about what exercises I can do when I get out of there.
