Just found your website, Jane, and the timing was perfect. I’m 68 and doing my best to stay fit, active and strong. I did your Complete Workout for over 10 years in my 40s, and just started your Trim Tone & Flex Workout. I used to be a runner, but now do brisk walking. I’m excited to be back “in the workout groove”!

this group has actually only 35 members- we should make it more lively and have more exchange, because the only thing that is sure about…is that each one of the 35 members certainly loves exercising! Thanks for your reply. We’re celebrating the 4th of July holiday here, with lots of fireworks and picnics. The weather in Tennessee has been so beautiful! I joined the Prime Time group also, since I’m definitely in that age group.
There’s never enough time it seems to stay fit, so it’s a real challenge for all of us.
