A good resource is the book “The Peripatetic Pursuit of Parkinson Disease” – available on Amazon. Written by over 100 PwPs, MDs and neurologists. A support group in a book!

Greetings! I repeatedly hear others explain they do not have time to exercise. I tell them to place a workout into their schedule. For example, 5-6 pm today to exercise, written on a calendar.
