how do I put in a picture? Not much new, just enjoying the morning and preparing for a Walk Out with our friend Jane! that pic is a couple of years old, I have now allowed my grey and silver hair to grow out and I LOVE IT!!!!!

I just got the DVD version of The Easy Going Workout, don’t recall this workout but I LOVE it. I think the world of you Jane, thank you for all you have done to make this world a little better!
