Grace and Frankie on Netflix 7 years agoI appreciate this show so much! Jane and Lily are outstanding and look like they are having a blast! I love Grace with her martinis and prolific sweating.
The writing is so funny and the actors are extra funny as well.
Most importantly, I love how it makes being older just as fun as being younger.

Wearing that fashion, along with performing the workout would make it feel like 1985 again!

Thank you Jane. I listen to Jane and Dr Oz about exercise, diet etc. I’m 72 years old in very good health says my lab work but not physically strong enough to feel great. I’m wishing for Jane Fonda studios for senior workout to pop up. Thanks again.

Grace and Frankie on Netflix 7 years agoThis series brings my soul such joy and laughter. I bing watch it when it becomes available. I’m a writer so I re-watch it many times as the dialogue is so crisp and well written. I appreciate the real life sensitive issues they address head on. Fine acting and writing – I’m very grateful for Lilly and Jane as well as the entire cast.

Jane, were these athletes trained in the same studio as your exercise videos were filmed at? Or was “Jane Fonda’s Workout” its separate facility?

I think I remember reading or seeing a video that said it was regular people from across America that tough aerobics.

Yeah, but it was only 40 selected people. That team of two was only 5% of those 40. Fonda should be proud.
