Wearing that fashion, along with performing the workout would make it feel like 1985 again!

Thank you Jane. I listen to Jane and Dr Oz about exercise, diet etc. I’m 72 years old in very good health says my lab work but not physically strong enough to feel great. I’m wishing for Jane Fonda studios for senior workout to pop up. Thanks again.

Jane, were these athletes trained in the same studio as your exercise videos were filmed at? Or was “Jane Fonda’s Workout” its separate facility?

I think I remember reading or seeing a video that said it was regular people from across America that tough aerobics.

Yeah, but it was only 40 selected people. That team of two was only 5% of those 40. Fonda should be proud.

I have missed working out to this and can’t wait!!! My tape of it stopped working a long time ago!! Hard for me to get out and about with twins, so can’t wait to workout again with you!!!!
