Health & Fitness 10 years, 6 months agoJust started the Original Jane Fonda workout video (haven’t done it in years); and I wish she would give alternate suggestions on some of the exercises for those of us who cannot do the splits or touch our toes. Will keep at it; but sorely out of shape. I run/jog regularly; but I guess don’t use the same muscle groups.

Anyone that knows both could give me his opinion? which one is better, are the very different? in that case could be worth to buy both of them. Thanks in advance and have a good day!

I Loved Jane Fonda’s Lite Aerobics & Stress Reduction program.

I would recommend Low Impact if you’re looking for primarily cardio. Easy Going is good, but definitely follow Hazel (front corner) if high impact cardio is out of the question. While it’s only 5-6 minutes, she does show some alternate movements keeping a foot on the floor.

Health & Fitness 10 years, 7 months agoHello! I am hoping someone can please help me. I used to work out to Jane’s video in the 80’s. I loved it and want to get the DVD. It is the one that has Peggy Lipton in it and a girl instructor calls out the cardio portion. I think it is the one featured on this page but I am not sure. Thanks in advance!

Kim, the video you are thinking of is Jane Fonda’s New Workout and it came out in 1985. That is the video that has Leslie Lilien, singing “Do It.” The video cover has Jane Fonda in a white/gray leotard and tights, red legwarmers and barefoot. Hope this helps. 🙂
