Health & Fitness 10 years, 6 months agoJust started the Original Jane Fonda workout video (haven’t done it in years); and I wish she would give alternate suggestions on some of the exercises for those of us who cannot do the splits or touch our toes. Will keep at it; but sorely out of shape. I run/jog regularly; but I guess don’t use the same muscle groups.

I promise that is the truth. I looked at how people recieve stars and the nominator is responsible for 25 000.00 to have the star i stalled and have to have a letter of premission from the person you are nominating. Anyone that knows both could give me his opinion? which one is better, are the very different? in that case could be worth to buy both of them. Thanks in advance and have a good day!

I Loved Jane Fonda’s Lite Aerobics & Stress Reduction program.

I would recommend Low Impact if you’re looking for primarily cardio. Easy Going is good, but definitely follow Hazel (front corner) if high impact cardio is out of the question. While it’s only 5-6 minutes, she does show some alternate movements keeping a foot on the floor.
