Hi! On a mission to get fit, tone, and lose some extra pounds. Was excited to find Jane’s remastered DVDs. Years ago had the TAPE of her original workout that was my credo! Got the original again, but can anyone recommend one of the others that uses weights? Thanks!

So nice to see other people that continue to do Jane Fonda workouts!! I Lover her older workouts, I remember doing them my Mom when I was younger and got hooked!!! I have ALWAYS loved her mat work from her new and challenge workouts!

Question everyone who is health and fitness savvy, unlike myself. I want to work on building strength, burning any excess fat and toning the muscle groups in my back and my core. I also want to keep my workout “natural” as in without extra equipment and only use body weight. Would pushups everyday be the best choice?
I’d say pushups are a great way to achieve the goal you’re after. They work and tone your entire body after all.

Cinema is an underrated art.
