Just finished a 2 mile walk, followed by 10 minutes of ballet arms, and the JF PM Yoga Relaxation stretch. 2015 is off to a good start!!

Yesterday I did Fonda’s Fat Burners (had the VHS transferred to DVD) and tonight just finished a 2 mile fitness walk. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2015. I have Type 2 diabetes so exercise is important to me.
