Of course I did the VHS tapes, in the ’90’s when I was living in NYC and dancing on Bdwy.. All the models and dancers I knew in the City did them.The workouts are simply Fantastic.
I have been an avid Yogi for years now. I spent 2 months in India this year and would love to see the yoga tape.
