Not sure how old you are? But I think it can happen at any time. I have to push myself almost every day to workout. I’m 54 btw.

Health & Fitness 10 years, 11 months agoI did Jane Fonda’s first workout when I was in my 20’s, it was hard then and is hard now. Her advanced section is awesome and I am seeing results. I don’t know what her secret is, I have done Jillian, Insantiy and P90x and she seems to be the only one that works. I would like to get another dvd similar to the first one. Health & Fitness 10 years, 12 months agoWhy isn’t Jane’s Step Aerobics routine on DVD as well??? I burned up about 10 VHS tapes and a couple of VHS recorders working out to that tape! It kept me in shape for years!
