It had to be from the very late ’80s or early ’90s. My VHS tape finally wore out (well, several years ago now), and I have not been able to find a replacement at all. Health & Fitness 11 years, 4 months agoI just received the re-release of the Jane Fonda exercise videos from the 80’s. I enjoy them just as much or more than I did 30+ years ago. I have worked out 6 days a week for the past 40 years, but I have really missed my “old friend Jane”. It was amazing how the routines came right back to me! Thanks Jane. You are truly an inspiration to all of us!

I loved her ’80s workouts, too. Does it include the LIGHT AEROBICS AND STRESS REDUCTION? I love the flow of the dance-like moves in that one.

Health & Fitness 11 years, 4 months agoYesterday I did Fonda’s Fat Burners (had the VHS transferred to DVD) and tonight just finished a 2 mile fitness walk. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2015. I have Type 2 diabetes so exercise is important to me.

Try any of Jane’s BeFit videos! I do at least one a day. Some are shorter than others and the 8+ minute cool down and stretch is excellent.

Jane: Why dont you sell in DVD your fabulous pregnancy workout?
