I had total hip replacement at 48 years of age last summer, and getting back to exercising has been challenging. Watch Seaspiracy on Netflix if you haven’t yet. The science is indisputable. Aquatic life will be decimated within the next 30-50 years if we don’t drastically change the laws that regulate the GLOBAL fishing industry. The doc was shocking.

@priestesskandi Yes, I have checked the shopping link on this site and I’m specifically looking for the DVD/blueray because YouTube is unpredictable. They can take down a video at any time because of copyright infringement plus the quality is not great. Another problem with YouTube are the ad interruptions. But thank you for your reply.
