I loved the workout in the 1980s. When the pandemic began and I couldn’t go to the gym anymore, I remembered the Jane Fonda tapes and bought all of them on DVD. Thanks to doing the workout 4 X/week, I am fitter than I have ever been, now at 73 and during a pandemic. Thanks so much, Jane, for your help in improving my health!
