HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I do not know you in person. I hope you’d consider a donation to Greenpeace USA an appropriate birthday gift. I posted the attached on 25th November and was told that it would take up to 1 month to arrive.

I came across your name about a year ago (AND I DO APOLOGIZE for not knowing much much earlier!) and since then, I have been watching your interviews, reading your books, following your Tweets, Blogs and Fire Drill Fridays*. I cannot thank you enough for teaching me so much. You are an extraordinary leader and you have got me through this very unexpected 2020 by providing us with a sense of focus and hope. I truly admire your enthusiasm, positivity and wisdom.
*It means logging in at 3am Hong Kong time and “Zooming” under my duvet! ;p

You have also changed me. I have recently become a supporter of Greenpeace HK and signed up as a volunteer, too.

Jane, you are incredibly beautiful and inspiring. I am half way through your new (and autographed) book and I hope one day I can march and chant with you.
