Health & Fitness 11 years, 2 months ago Even at the age of 29 I consider myself a newbie when it comes to fitness. I sincerely hope that the Stress Reduction Program gets an early 2015 DVD release, as this is the only workout video (back when it was on VHS) that seems to help my mother who suffers from a bad back — also, this would make a PERFECT birthday/pre beach vacation gift and something that my mom and I could do together.
