how do I put in a picture? Not much new, just enjoying the morning and preparing for a Walk Out with our friend Jane! that pic is a couple of years old, I have now allowed my grey and silver hair to grow out and I LOVE IT!!!!!

Health & Fitness 11 years, 1 month ago Jane’s workout videos and DVDs are some of the best I own. Yes, she was ahead of her time. I never got hurt doing her videos which I can’t say for some of the other tapes and DVDs I’ve owned.
