Health & Fitness 10 years, 2 months ago When I was an undergraduate student in the early 1990s I would pop the VHS tape of the Low Impact Workout into the VCR and march-and-grapevine along with Ms. Jane before I went to classes. Twenty-five years later I’m about to be a graduate student at uni, and I just bought the same workout on DVD, so I can march-and-grapevine before class, all over again! Thank you, Lady Jane.
