    At the public library, I found Jane’s Personal Trainer DVD with six videos: low-impact aerobics; stretch, 2 Abs, Buns and Thighs workouts, and 2 body sculpting workouts. Each is 25 minutes. I kept renewing it, so my husband said, “Just buy it.” It took awhile to find it, but he did. He saw Jane’s “Low-Impact Aerobics” DVD and bought it for me. I had owned all of Jane’s VHS videos, so when I did the Low Impact workout just now, I remembered the moves and could even say her words before she said them! I’m almost 60 and I worry about getting senile, but I know Jane’s DVDs by heart! I started with Jane’s very first video and have been working out at home ever since. Getting arthritis is making it difficult to do some of the high-impact workouts, so the Low-Impact Aerobics is perfect. I’m going to get the Easygoing workout next. I’m so happy Jane is reissuing these workouts.
