I applaud your activism, I hope it continues to increase awareness. I have one problem, though. If we all need to make sacrifices, why are you doing another 13 episodes of Grace and Frankie? The resources needed to film 13 half-hour eps must be enormous. Lighting, a/c, set construction. Crew, staff and actors traveling by car to the studio every day, etc, etc. We have an abundant number of sitcoms airing right now, do we really need another? I checked Forbes and Business Insider, found the estimated combined net worth of the four main actors (You, Tomlin, Sheen, and Waterston) to be close to $270 million. Let’s just say it may be closer to $150 million. If you four donated 1% of that $150 million total, you’d have $1,500,000 to help the whole prodution staff find new jobs, perhaps in the clean energy sector. That would certainly make headlines and show you all were serious about making real sacrifices. And real change. Maybe set a precedent…..Great optics for Netflix too.
