I was apart of the Fire drill Friday for essential workers. As a RN I want to say thank you!! Thank you for taking on our cause! Its hard to see the vast deaths. It’s scary to think you’ll bring something home. It’s also unbelievable that PPE is as scarce as it is. I love what I do!! Never in a million years did I think I would see something like this. It’s humbling! It hurts to know that nurses have died. Nursing is a work of heart. We honestly are not looking for praise. We just want to be properly equipped to deal with this pandemic!! That’s all we ask!! Don’t say I’m essential, when what you mean is sacrificial!
