I have only tried Jane&#8217;s Am/Pm Yoga dvd so far &#8211; the &#8220;strength am&#8221; part that uses weights.  I enjoyed doing it. I walk a lot, as I don&#8217;t drive, but feel that I need more constructive exercise, such as strengthening, toning and muscle building.
