I think it is so sad that all your old, wonderful, workout tapes aren’t aloud to be sold today. I understand that some moves can be injuring, if you push to hard. But if you follow the moves carefully, and listen to your body, it should be ok, I think… And those tapes are so much more motivating and enjoyable than most other ones…[Read more]
