I just finished watching Grace and Frankie for the third time and reading “My Life So Far” the same number of times. In addition, I have watched many movie clips, interviews, and awards given to Jane.

Which DVD(s) is recommended for 70-yr-old female not in the routine of exercising but need to get healthier and in better shape?
Hi, I would recommend Jane Fonda ‘Prime time fit and strong’ or her ‘Prime time walk out: Trim, tone and flex’ DVDs.
Oh, she also has the AM/PM Yoga for beginners DVD.

Although most posts here are about working-out, this is a “HEALTH + fitness” msg. board, so — concerning “health”, I was wondering how many of you “posting here” are vegetarians ? Hi Guys – just want to again encourage you all to keep on keeping on doing Jane’s DVDs. I’ve been doing the Low Impact Cardio since 1982 – and I’m going on my 79th birthday here in a couple of months. I do the 50 minute set every day – and attribute my good health to that DVD!
