Hi Guys – just want to again encourage you all to keep on keeping on doing Jane’s DVDs. I’ve been doing the Low Impact Cardio since 1982 – and I’m going on my 79th birthday here in a couple of months. I do the 50 minute set every day – and attribute my good health to that DVD! Originally on cassette – had to trade it in for the DVD – now I’ve also downloaded it to my Kindle and take it everywhere I go just in case. Can’t not do my JF exercises. So – keep it up. Anyone else been doing Jane’s regimes that long? Let’s hear from you! – –
