Yes, I think it would be very good for all levels especially beginners. However, I am waiting for her to change it to DVD status. I have it on VHS but who continue to sell VHS machine in 2017. One is going to give out either the VHS tape or the VHS machine. I truly hope she upgrade that to DVD in lieu of continue to keep it at VHS status.

Also, who wants to continue to look at YOUTUBE when I think it is good to purchase. I would just love to have the Yoga tape in DVD in lieu of VHS status. I would control of doing it anytime in stead of worry if the network (internet) shutdown in the middle of exercising. I really do feel strong about that. -)

I’m thrilled that Jane has rereleased the workouts in DVD format. They also look and sound great.

I’d also be very pleased if she rereleases her other workouts, in particular the weights one she did with Dan Isackson. The only version I’ve been able to find has the last bit missing.

I also love her 1983 yoga workout and check regularly for the format to be changed to DVD! Please please please please please!!!!
