I just turned 56, have had fibromyalgia for 12 years, and haven’t exercised or been active in so long that I’m very stiff everywhere, no flexibility. I led a very active lifestyle before that. Alot of people really dislike Jane Fonda or seem to have the reaction of “Hanoi Jane?” Really it becomes a struggle explaining Jane Fonda was a person in the lime light who jusy was handed a bum rap by conservative.
