Signed up to take a moment to thank Jane Fonda for taking risks and proving to mainstream Hollyweird that women can perform in leading roles at any age. She is an incredible role model for women, especially aspiring actresses. Fonda’s new Netflix show is just an example of women who are game changers and keep going regardless of what, who, or whatever anyone thinks. Too many busy bodies in Hollywood making these kind of decisions really need to get on the reality train. This includes the great Lily Tomiln too!

Recently, actress Maggie Gyllenhall, who is 37 years old was turned down for a role where she would have played the lover of a 55 year old man because at 37, she was too old for that guy. It is hilarious when you think about this because when was the last time a leading actor was turned down for a role based on age?
