I did it for about 6 months and when I went to Faire (I had a shop at the Renaissance Festival in Larkspur Colorado ) my faire friends were shocked at how in shape I was!! it felt terrific.

I did the original JF W/O after my 3rd child & I got my 22″ waste back. I was more proud of my figure from ages 33-41 because I had really earned it. I’m 64, going in for knee surgery & already thinking about what exercises I can do when I get out of there.
