okay I have done the workout Tuesday and today, and it really makes me feel old!! I lift weights 3x a week, and this is soooo different!! I wonder how long I will do the original beginner workout until I give myself an A then I move to advanced!, I feel humbled.

Film, TV & Theater 8 years, 2 months ago I have watched the first 3 seasons and when the 4th season I too watched it over 2 days, wow! sooo much fun! Well I didn’t invite my husband to watch the show, I was thinking he would poo-pooh my favorite show. Well the other night he watched the first episode with me and he chuckled and chuckled and said he could watch more of that show, it was fun.
Well I am so happy, because I am exactly between Grace and Frankie, love my smoke with a martini!!
I LOVE Grace & Frankie! Problem is I benge watch it & then I can’t wait for the next season. Those 2 are a great team together!
