I just read about Jane’s ‘Forked Lightning Ranch’. I got cold chills because this is where Jack Frye started his beloved Conquistadores de Cielo (corporate club). Jack loved the Forked Lightning and the men who met there for weekends of fun and relaxation were some of the most powerful men in the world. This was 1938. John Gaw Meem was a good friend of the Fryes and designed what became the famous House of Apache Fires House at Sedona, I loved the story of his designing Jane’s barn! Had no idea he did ranch expressions like that! This property is a perfect fit for Jane! And the spirits of those that have also loved the property, I’m sure, still share her walk there!
