I have been doing your workouts since 1982! I am now 68 years old, in good physical condition but have a problem in the evenings with overeating! I then try to “make this up” but eatting little in the mornings…..I feel I have to have something to eat when I’m either reading or watching TV, I feel this is my way to “relax”.
I’m very physically active, ( also do walking, swimming, jump rope, lots of yard and housework) so I’m very hungry! Suggstions on getting to a better eating program……….and thank you!
