Hi, just wanted to hop on here and share a bit hoping the sharing will keep me honest and motivated and maybe connect with anyone else on the same journey. I just did JF original workout. Very basic but I still found it challenging. If truth be told I did not get through the butt exercises but do plan on working out at least 5 days this week. I love how even though I find the class a bit challenging ( I am really out of shape) I can still do most of it. What’s the saying ” Slow and Steady Wins the Race”. Have a great day everyone:}
