I’m so excited to find this site! I used to work out to Janes original videos in the 70’s & 80’s and I was the fittest I’ve been in my life! I’m a lot older (& bigger) now 🙁 and I’m carrying an extra three stone that I really need to shift so hoping to do it by following the videos & healthy living advice on here. I think it would be great if there were some work outs to good old 70’s music (for us oldies anyway lol) xxx
