    2 weeks ago I finally turned to the 2nd level of the cardio workout (on a daily basis, of course) and in contrast to my first – and not really successful – attempts to do it a year ago, I have no problems now. That shows me that it was right to do the level 1 exercises for such a long time. Unfortunately, I haven´t lost a single kilo in the past weeks but I don´t want to be impatient. I think it´s not just the kilos, it´s first of all stamina and a better feeling about my body which is important. So, I keep going. Once again: a big thank you from Germany, Jane!
