Health & Fitness 8 years, 3 months ago As a teenage girl, I’ve frankly never been interested in, or partaken in, exercise.
However, after deciding yesterday to watch your iconic workout videos, I only wish I had started earlier!
I found it engaging and uplifting and I actually thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the videos are older now, they’re still super effective and despite my muscles aching like you wouldn’t believe this morning, I’ll definitely be sticking with it! Thank you so much.
Good for you Erin. I like Jane’s workouts because she is motivational and it’s like she is there with you.
