    How many times have you felt stiff after keeping fit and ache all over…believe it or not after (now for a month) of doing the jane fonda complete workout I haven’t ached at all….I put this down to all the stretching you do throughout this video…I’ve worked hard and I am already seeing results….I love the upper body weight routine.

    • After 40, the body aches a lot more, Jane Fonda’s 1982 Complete workout is fabulous! It’s fantastic workout for those who need conditioning and stretch. The hips and thighs workout make me see stars but so worth the effort.

      • Hi Sara, I know what you mean about hurting more over the age of 40…I will give that one a go too, I am loving the 1988 complete workout, as it seems to be giving me the results I’ve been wanting and I can actually do the routine without struggling …but work hard at the same time, but I will try the original one too!
