For years, I have been working on developing an organization to enable voters who are or wish to be informed and enlightened, as Jefferson wished. I believed that a social media infrastructure could serve this purposes. I am now calling this organization The Coalition for Planetary Empowerment and have been promoting it for some time in a podcast called “Inalienable and Free::Voice of the Coalition,” whose title is based on the famous “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are Created equal…”phrase from the Declaration.

The heart of the Coalition project is to create a social media infrastructure that will allow members to collectively interact and lobby for human and citizen rights for political objectives; to address issues in the corporate infrastructure and media- from a spiritual perspective. The spiritual perspective is one which I call Core Spirituality, which means the fundamental belief that the fundamental injunctions to an individual is to seek a connection to God (Love Thy God), which I often call the experience of the Divine Presence). Further, to communicate the love, power and wisdom through his or her attitude towards everyone (Love they Neighbor). In my view, Core Spirituality is at the root of religions and many spiritual organizations- although, historically, it has often been repressed by an established priesthood and governments. Communing with God through this Presence empowers the individual and a certain amount of guidance will be provided by the Coalition, with the understanding that the Connection cannot be given to anyone by someone else. It is fundamentally between them and God- a highly individual mater- but which can be helped, in various ways, by persons, iiterature and media.

The political component will, for one thing, enable voters to address their elected official collectively with initiatives and demands that they will collectively create. Hopefully, these demands would have the power of numbers, compelling them to be more responsive to a number of voters who might challenge their electability if ignored. Members could also recruit and select individuals who would understand the grave damages done to our inalienable rights by the reversal of many of these rights through unconstitutional legislation and enforcement practices. Many of the challenges to these rights are discussed in great detail in my radio show. This social media structure, currently in its very earliest station of planning, would also allow members to lobby corporations and media to challenge them for their role in promoting the elimination and degradation of these rights.
