Jane, I was so happy to see you have your very first work out on Prime. Been working out to your TAPES (I have them all but VCR is dying), since 1984. Hopeful you have more workouts as part of Prime. If not, I now know you have some available digitally and some on DVD. BTW my all time favorite is the Lean Routine! Going strong thanks to Jane!

  I totally agree I have always used Jane’s workouts and they are for the lost and lonely, it gave me the kick up the arse I needed x
