Light Aerobics and Stress Reduction Program. The aerobics are lighter and more fluid than Jane’s usual routines, and there’s a long full body stretching section. A special segment at the end focuses on locating muscle tension, then easing and releasing through deep breathing. This is great for when you need some movement and stretching, but don’t have the energy for a higher intensity burn workout. This one seems to be very rare, and was hard to find. I hope it gets cleaned up and released in a higher quality with Jane’s other more popular videos on amazon!

I have a special place in my heart for her New Workout from 1985 especially the floor work.
Jane Fonda’s Prime Time from 1984, and the original workout from 1982 are my favorites. I also really like Jane Fonda’s Workout Challenge from 1984, though, the first time I did it, I didn’t think I’d survive it. It’s about an hour and a half, and very intense!
