Health & Fitness 11 years, 10 months agotoday i planned on doing 12 minutes and ended up feeling so good that i finished the entire half hour. ty for the motivation. jane i don’t know if you look at this ever, but just in case you do, i have a question. how did you stop smoking? i have tried a few times and i can’t do it.
