I don’t know what her secret is, I have done Jillian, Insantiy and P90x and she seems to be the only one that works. I would like to get another dvd similar to the first one. Health & Fitness 11 years agoWhy isn’t Jane’s Step Aerobics routine on DVD as well??? I burned up about 10 VHS tapes and a couple of VHS recorders working out to that tape! It kept me in shape for years!

Health & Fitness 11 years, 2 months agoJane’s workout videos and DVDs are some of the best I own. Yes, she was ahead of her time. I never got hurt doing her videos which I can’t say for some of the other tapes and DVDs I’ve owned.
