Hi! I am doing a challange to do one of Jane’s aerobic workouts every day in January. So far, I LOVE it. Also, I have made a video of my story with Binge eating disorder https://youtu.be/NN2doO2bwkE . The workouts have really helped in gaining a sense of control over my body. Thank you Jane❤️

I have a special place in my heart for her New Workout from 1985 especially the floor work.
Jane Fonda’s Prime Time from 1984, and the original workout from 1982 are my favorites. I also really like Jane Fonda’s Workout Challenge from 1984, though, the first time I did it, I didn’t think I’d survive it. It’s about an hour and a half, and very intense!
