So nice to see other people that continue to do Jane Fonda workouts!! I Lover her older workouts, I remember doing them my Mom when I was younger and got hooked!!! I have ALWAYS loved her mat work from her new and challenge workouts!

Just joined a class in California taught by Molly Fox, an orignal Jane Fonda instructor who now does her own style class. What a hoot! Hi, just wanted to hop on here and share a bit hoping the sharing will keep me honest and motivated and maybe connect with anyone else on the same journey. I just did JF original workout. Hi everyone. I am a big Jane Fonda fan. I have not been active for a while and would really like to get back into it. Just got the original workout and JF’s complete workout. So glad this community exists. We can definitely motivate and support each other.
I’m all in!!

Hi everyone. I borrowed Jane’s book “Prime Time” from the library, and it has inspired me to do more exercise. I walk a lot, as I don’t drive, but feel that I need more constructive exercise, such as strengthening, toning and muscle building. Hi, Sally-read your comment. I’m in the boomers group, too. Which of the videos were aimed at strengthening and toning? Plan on doing original workout and alternating with another JF one that uses weights. The descriptions don’t give much info. Any suggestions?
Hi Carol – it’s good to hear from you. I have only tried Jane’s Am/Pm Yoga dvd so far – the “strength am” part that uses weights. I enjoyed doing it. She incorporates weights in two other dvd’s “Prime Time Fit & Strong” and “Prime Time Walk Out Trim Tone & Flex” – I’ve only played these through to see what’s involved, but they look good, and…[Read more]
