How many times have you felt stiff after keeping fit and ache all over…believe it or not after (now for a month) of doing the jane fonda complete workout I haven’t ached at all….I put this down to all the stretching you do throughout this video…I’ve worked hard and I am already seeing results….I love the upper body weight routine.

After 40, the body aches a lot more, Jane Fonda’s 1982 Complete workout is fabulous! It’s fantastic workout for those who need conditioning and stretch. The hips and thighs workout make me see stars but so worth the effort.
Hi Sara, I know what you mean about hurting more over the age of 40…I will give that one a go too, I am loving the 1988 complete workout, as it seems to be giving me the results I’ve been wanting and I can actually do the routine without struggling …but work hard at the same time, but I will try the original one too!

Hi, I haven’t completed the original workout for more years than I care to think about. I am close to your age and would love to hear how you get on.
I did the original JF W/O after my 3rd child & I got my 22″ waste back. I was more proud of my figure from ages 33-41 because I had really earned it. I’m 64, going in for knee surgery & already thinking about what exercises I can do when I get out of there.

Tried Janes low impact 1980s routine, it was something I really enjoyed, found this one easy to do, want to try all of them as they are a lot of fun! Will be doing the full workout tomorrow, as that gives me a good all round workout and really makes me get a good sweat on, thanks for your kind words Kenny x
I totaly agree with you, it makes one want to go and buy leg warmers!

Tried her original workout today, got to admire jane back then, she was so flexible I wish I was, workout nearly killed me lol, I’m sure I will improve, I still admire her now, funny and a real role model, I think the trick to looking good when your older and a long life is to keep slim fit and healthy! Will try another of janes workouts tomorrow.
Hi, you will certainly improve without a doubt. Try Janes am pm yoga dvd, it will help with flexibility.

I have always admired Jane Fonda, loved her in 9-5 and monster in law, this is the first time I have done her full work out, at age 43 and loved it. Found it on amazon, will do it at least 3 times a week thank you Jane, wish I started doing this years ago!

I recently downloaded the streaming version of the original JF workout! I am 50 years old, have osteoarthritis, and stiff as hell, but this workout is helping me get a little more flexible. I just ordered the DVD AM/P/M yoga workout and am looking forward to trying these as well!
I’ve always found yoga difficult to do but Jane’s am/pm was great. I’m over 60 but managed all of the moves and you feel like Jane is actually by your side.

Go for it….the workouts are fun enjoyable and really work, I am seeing results already and have been only doing them a few months!…AND I don’t ache afterwards…keep with it.
